Quick Basic 2.0
#1
If anyone has a spare set of Quick Basic 2.0 documentation preferably with the 2.01 update I would very much like to hear from you.

Over the years and a couple of moves my set got permanently misplaced. I have the software but no docs.

I guess it is almost unfoundable Sad I have the software & stuff as well available from my web page, but I've been unable to locate the docs. Maybe you could try at ebay?

Anyhow I suggest you to upgrade to QB 4.5 or PDS 7.1 or VBDOS (downloadable from my website, look my signature), as they include full reference and documentation in electronic form directly accesible from within the IDE.

I appreciate your idea. I have full sets with docs of 1.0, 4.0, 4.5 and 7.1. However, 2.0 is the best one to compile GW-BASIC code.

I have searched Ebay and the other auction sites to no avail.

Are you really sure? VBDOS produces 386 code, plus has lots of optimizations that previous versions don't have.

QB 2.0 with manuals was on ebay about a month ago. It's rare, but it'll be back I'm sure...just make sure you outbid emsps.

I want to thank everyone who tried to help me in my search for the documentation for Quick Basic 2.0 and 2.01. I was fortunate in finding a source for it here in Georgia, USA. So now the only hole in my archive is version 3.0.
