My Sprite Thread.

Here's a random sprite I made a while ago out of boredom, while I had no access to any of my "good" files. It has nowhere near as much attempted detail as some of the others, and the feet are off, but mainly, I was practicing anatomical proportions and crap. If anyone notices anything that just seems WAY off, please let me know.

I see a couple of minor things. The left forearm seems a tad long, and the right-hand thumb seems kinda big... possibly the whole hand. As always, looking good though.

Everything looks good in my opinion. That's just because I couldn't draw these if I tried really really hard.

What ever happened to the animated spinning kick thing?

I think I'm just going to stop drawing hands on my characters from now on. They're not necessary anyway, considering no one pays attention to them in games, and if they do, I don't want them to play anyway.

Torahteen: Not sure which spin kick you mean. If you're talking about the "step and kick" animation wireframe I made a while back, I pretty much just forgot about it. I could easily put a body on top of the motion, but... don't feel like it right now. I'm animating some other things however, and I'm sure something similar to that will eventually come up.

eh? I wouldn't stop putting hands on them. Maybe just don't try to put so much detail in them. That's what it looks like to me... like you're trying so hard to make them look good, that they just end up getting bigger. :lol:
