Worst Job Ever

Im currious what the worst job ever could be. I am currently studying to become a CNA; it intails cleaning after people soil themselves and using your finger to "help" mother nature if someone is constipated. Its the hospital grunt work. Can anyone think of anything worse?

also, a proctologist is 100% focused on the ass he not only gets to stick his finger up it and pull shit out, he gets to stretch it, stick big things in it, and video tape it! people sometimes SEND him the poop so he can check it out before getting his own sample.
