Too many filters.
Ditch the bevel and emboss, just keep it slick and simple.
Maybe ditch the shadow on the arrow, or make it more subtle... And the text, maybe just have it a fairly ordinary font such as impact, but strech it horizontally a bit to fit.
To me, at least, the name 'quickhost' implies that it should have a kind of simple, sleek, and pleasing logo. Maybe two or three colors, max. (not counting anti-aliasing)

I'd take the second last one, make the arrow non-folded and pointing diagonally up, and lose the glow on it. Also, the text could be in a different font... Not the cartoony one or the 'crate' on, but more standard sans-seriff.

Erm... Yeah, an arrow pointing up isn't phallic at all.
Well, if you're TRYING to see it that way, it could mean something like that, but even then it's just... no. :wink:

Its just for "upload" I think. I like the second last one the best too.
