Please understand that I'm trying to be mean by writing this.
I do not believe that you are going to succeed in writing something as involved as a functioning chatbot. The amount of code required to do something like this is unbelievable. I highly recommend an easier project. I'm not sure that anybody on this forum could single-handedly write a working chatbot.
To check every possible combination of user inputs is impossible. You need a method that would approximate what the person was entering instead of doing exact checks.
It's like trying to code the entire English Language.
Judging by your code, you are relatively new to programming structures. Try something a bit easier. Learn to be more efficient in your code until programs that would have been monstrosities become more manageable. Then move on to bigger projects.
Please, do it for the kittens.
