diffrence between link /q and link /qu

[QbBasta]

When building a .lib from a .qlb file some say you use link /q ....... and some say link /qu..

What's the diffrence? what does the U do? Cause they both seem to work for me..

The knowledge base is CASE SENSITIVE try to fill it in, with CAPITAL LETTERS
