Well, I'm sure you guys think I'm nuts by now anyway, but where in the hell can I get this program? I'm trying to convert a nostalgic QB program to FB. I don't even remember how a .bsv header goes. :rotfl:

Not sure if it's the initial release or the second release though.

EDIT: That's the initial release. Here's the patch for it that enhances its palette abilities:

It simply unpacks a newer version of Advance.PUT.exe, just cut n paste it over the existing one (usually ends up in C:\Program Files\Advance.PUT). I still have the original project files for this thing but since this was abandoned long ago, the build I have here isn't much more advanced, I don't believe...mainly cosmetic changes (like the balloon tooltips). If you want that, I uploaded the binary here:

It's still a bit unstable and some of the features don't work.
