Music Volumes

Ok i am writing a program and i wanted to insert some background music, but it plays too loud. Is there any volume settings in Qbasic? If you guys can help that would be awesome.

It would help a LOT if you told us what you use to make the music.
If it's PLAY or SOUND I'm afraid It's impossible...
