I posted this in Programming too, but it turns out it was supposed to go here. Anyway, QB4.5 and 7.1 won't turn my game into a EXE- I get a message saying nmesprite(5,40,40) is data-memory overflow. But it runs fine from QB itself. Anyone know what's wrong? :???:

If you have $DYNAMIC metacommand in your program remove it and then try to compile your programm.
If you still can't compile your programm then you need to split it.That's a drag if you didn't had that in mind while coding.
What's the problem?
Compiling is not the same as running the source code from QB IDE.Compiling requires more memory.Or something in that line.
