winmm.bi and comctl32.bi are now prototyped. Both are likely missing constants but both have pretty much all their functions and types included. comdlg32.bi was released earlier. If you find any problems with these headers or know of something that should be added, please let me know so corrections/additions can be made. 
I'd knock on wood, but my desk is particle board.
