hi, im trying to make a game with this character.

now u see how the character moves like that? how do i make that movement cycle once for everytime the user press A or D.
do i use PUT over PUT over PUT?

Help me out here, OP.
I presume you have the gif file on your hard drive.
Please post some QBasic code that will display that figure in the DOS box.
Even if it doesn't move.
That would be interesting to see.

OP means Original Poster, because being personal is against all rules Mac know, when he grew up, young people were respected, and you never spoke to anyone by name. Ahh, those were the days of cold ignorance and bliss. Don't we miss it? No.

But it would be much easier to use BMPs if you insist on using anything other than BSV files (a BSV file is a BSAVEd QB file, wihch you can BLOAD directly into an array and put)
