Nope

You need atleast a slave program for that.

A better idea, if you want highresolution, truecolor, and sound etc.. would be to try freebasic.

There is a program called DS4QB that allows you to use a Windows slave program to play MP3s and MODs in QB.

There are two DOS libraries that allow MIDI and MOD music. Once is called QMidi, the other is called BWSB. They only work for sound-blaster compatible cards.

Other than that, you're on your own. Sorry Sad

Well, now that I think about it, you can run "beepy" music with QB's PLAY.

"Beep-beep beep beep beep-beep beep beep!"

The first eight notes of Nickelodeon's theme song! Wink

Yep...PLAY truly sucks. Big Grin
I'd knock on wood, but my desk is particle board.

Nickelodeon has a theme song? *shrug*

Now Beverly Hills Cop. That's a cool theme song, even in beeps.
