Construction set in qb

Is it possible, a construction set is where you can edit the game, add maps, NPC, edit the ways things move etc.

Games like The Elder Scrolls 3: morrowind have one, and i am curious if it is possible to make on using qb.

Yes it is....will be difficult but you can. The only hard part is the user-friendlyness...which I love to do.

My advice: Make you game as versitle as possible. Don't make set maps, make a reader that reads a set of code and generates a map from that. ok?
