Whats the diff from (4WD, AWD) & 4x4?? :lol:

4WD and 4x4 are the same

AWD can apply to 6 or more wheeled cars as well as just 4x4.

And I have a quick quiz for you.

Heh, I was going for 4WD & AWD are locked in all the time, 4x4 you select it,. or when ever I see a 4WD or AWD its all time, my Jeep is 4x4 so I have to throw it in.. :wink:

If I got your getting at, 4x4x4 is used on Monster Trucks, particuly BigFoot... :wink:

Yep! its equally cool when they can disengage the rear steering from the front, called "crab steering" and drive diagonally

Heh, I really ment it as I saw it wrote on BigFoot, I fogot about the crab steer.. You know Jeep has designed a concept car that uses a simular steer, but the wheels are allowed to buck out

Can you take some perpindicular photos of your jeep? I'll make a model of it with Lightwave and make a little ogl program where you can drive it around and blast stuff! :rotfl:


I need a photo straight down from the top, one straight from either sied, one straight from the front and one straight from the rear... Preferably 512x512 .bmp format.

Did have a side shot, but it was on the first two I took, and my SLR likes to mess up those, the one you see here was the only exterior shot that survived. Got loads of interior, but none at a angle good for a FPS... heh, been needing those shots myself. When I get around to getting them, and you serious, I'll give 'em to ya.. :wink:
