I'm working in one, a SWIG wrapper (SWIG is used by python/php/perl/java to create wrappers for C/C++ libs).

The biggest result until now: http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/fb...nc/libxml/ (400KB of original sources translated in a couple of hours).

I'll release it soon..
