But it looks like you're just some guy who wants to hire 9 people to work with you on a project they have no control over and for someone with no credentials or reputation.
People aren't going to pour work into your project unless it looks like you've done some pretty serious work yourself. Besides which, announcing that you intend to make an OS will get you the instant label: n00b.

You'd get better response to your request if you posted screens or a download... maybe even a webpage with some information.

if that doesnt work, search the forum for 'Screen Thief' ... i had the same problem getting screenshots and theres a whole thread about it on this forum, better yet, ill make it easy for ya
