Http server using winsock

I figured the problem to be that I couldn't pipe stuff into php.exe from fb the way I thought. Im looking into shellexecute now.

After working all day without luck on opening a pipe to php.exe via api calls, I've decided to focus on the threading problems, and get them fixed.

And about the qb output configuring the server, that would be easy. It's just a question of adding some INSTR checks, like I did with the trix-html parser.
