Yep. FLI movies are very heavyweight because of the compression scheme that this format uses, kinda an Animated GIF... but worse. Basically the idea behind the FLI format is to don't store the parts of a frame that are the same as the last frame, using also a RLE algorithm to compress a bit more the whole thing. Obviously this format is more suited for animation than real movies. BTW, I don't see the point behind the 30FPS requirement; 24 or even 20FPS seems adequated for good animation.
