I installed WampSever as I wanted to mess around with PHP but when I try to connect to localhost all I get is a message saying - 'Connection refused when trying to connect to localhost' - any ideas?

It is indeed my Norton firewall but how do I get around this? I don't want to have to turn my firewall off. I'm using Wamp server.
