when I disable my antivirus application, unzip and run RQdebugger246.EXE on my Simplified Chinese win2k with sp4, I get

Exception EOutOfResources in module RQdebugger246.EXE at 0004E59A.
RichEdit line insertion error.

Sorry, I use it on Win98 and don't test it on Win2k-WinXP.

Edit
1. Possible you need to put RichEd32.dll from Win98 into RQDB directory.
2. I test in WinXP. It's running, but not compile source.
