Can FB be cross-Platformed?
Like when you complie an exe, can it be complied for different OS? Like Lynux?

Nope, for that all tools used like the assembler and linker would have to be cross-platform too, plus the libraries needed on each different platform would have to be present etc.. not simple to do.
