i once played a demo of what i think was either 2 or 3 that i found on a lucasarts cd. fun game, and the animation was really fluid and great (i love the art style)

well, against everyone's meanings i love ALL MI Parts.
the first 2 parts were surely the best ones....well....but
i liked part 4 more than part 3. maybe it's just the
graphic style....i also prefer the 16 color beep-beep version
of part one....(same with Loom(another cool Lucas Arts adventure))

Yeah. 16 colours LOOM rocks.
I have seen MAC version and it lacks some backgrounds. Sad

Loom is one of my favs. I have the CD version (256 color).
Is it just me, or do any others think that those kind of older adventure games are just as (or more) entertaining than the new ones?
My favourite oldie is Robin hood: conquest of the longbow.

I do. Old goldies rock. About Robin Hood... Man, that game rocked.
My all-time favourite is, by all means, the one and original Maniac Mansion. I am the only person who I know that have finished the game
Everyone got stuck here or there. The best way was to choose Bernard and Michael, and the most difficult set was with Syd and Razor.

OK,I haven't played it, but what's so good about Mokey Island that makes it so different from other interacting games. Is it just the story or something?
