75 fps, windowed or full-screen
1.91 ghz AMD XP 2600+ 1.25 gb RAM Win XP Pro SP2 128 mb ATI 9600 (I know it doesn't count, but he asked for stats) ...with a few apps running in the background.

84 FPS windowed, 75 FPS fullscreen
AMD Athlon XP 1700+ (1.1GHz), 512 MB RAM, nVidia GeForce 4 MX 440, WinXP Pro SP2 Seems really jerky in fullscreen, but fine windowed. EDIT: couldn't rebuild from source: Code: space_impakto_level.bi(368) : error 42: Variable not declared, found: 'E_MD7' )

nice! I was getting 80+ fps, but I had a very hard time seeing the ship, so i ended up alt+entering to make it full screen. Very sweet! AFter that It topped 100 fps!

I got 59 FPS on agerage.
AMD Athlon XP+ 2500 512 megs of ram 128 meg nvidia video card It looks like a good engine, good work so far. -gunder

Yup, it stayed about the same in a window and when it was maximized. There was only about a 2-3 FPS difference. I was expecting it to run faster after some of the other peoples reports but I really can't complain, it was nice and smooth.

I'll say it again:
It can't go above your monitor Hz rate.. as it does v-synching.. I cant go above 60FPS, no matter what badass CPU I've got.. it wont go higher unless I raise my Hz rate..

Yeah your right, I just checked and my monitor is set to 60Hz as well. I didn't think about that until you mentioned it (I didn't notice your earlier post).

71 FPS windowed
68-70 FPS full screen. Specs: Celeron 1.4 ghz, 256 ram, not sure about my video, but it's some cheap on-board thing... Engine looks good yes, but... lots of STUFF going on at once! :wink: |
