Thanks Vic! I had this wierd idea that it was 16 bit that most video cards hated.

It runs wierd and jerky now though, probably my speed synch routine is rubbish (which I suspect might cause it to act wierd on some fast machines)

Hey, this game is great. I absolutely love it! I wish I could view a high score list in game, though.. unless I'm just missing something.

I did get up to 65k in normal and 35k in extreme.. very very addictive. 8)

really fun... wow in extreme i got something like 22000 points... I also managed to get it down to 5 FPS... but i have a sucky computer so I know it's just me - all in all it was... eh... somewhere between good and amazing

Well.. got it down to slow FPS in Extreme as well.. with a final score of 107200. As soon as I let up the space bar, hundreds of ships would zoom toward me.
