The above where done a white cardboard sheet (Cemint effect), and a stainless steel plate for the BG (wall)... then a desktop light lit the scene which was all at the foot of my bed..
.. Edit: Camera used was a 50mm SLR, I can't remember what settings I used, except inverting the lens for the rim shot...
