Newest basic by whom? There's dozens of "basic" compilers and interpreters. The last version of QBasic was made in 1992. There's a new Visual BASIC every year. FreeBASIC had its latest version a few months ago, and I never really gave a crap about any other "basics".

By the way, where are you from? Just curious.
