PLAYING HARD TO MAKE!

I`ve been studying for 5 months, I red all of the tutorials and learned alot but for some reason I still can`t create anything good!
What does that mean?

It means you already posted this three threads ago. Seriously, stop focusing on what you've made that's "good" and just have fun with it. You'll get better without even realizing it. But don't sit here and complain about how bad you are, because it won't do you any good.

If you need a direction, try and make pong. Use LINE for the paddles, CIRCLE for the ball, have an x & y variable for the ball, and an x variable for each of the two paddles. Then use INKEY$ for the keyboard input. If you can do that it means you can make something more complex with more effort. If not, try something even simpler, like a demo of a bouncing ball.
