Where can I find more tutorials for quick basic? I read all of the ones on QBN.

Qbasic.com has some. If you go to their forum and click the Subforums, Links and Downloads link and then click "Links and Downloads", you'll see some tutorials there also.

QB45.com has some as well.

If those don't satisfy you, try Google.
