Caddy Rampage 2006

this was made for a small comp over at fb.net, figured I might as well post here as well.

mwahaha
sleep deprived, straight coding for 21 hours (ok fine, I took a 2 hour break to watch a movie and get my creative juices back) produces some pretty funky stuff:

Download Caddy Rampage v1.1 Installer (917 KB)

To polish I might
-add more sounds to make a complete set
-make terrain look better (not so jagged)
-add particle effects (for on water and smoke puffs)
-add music

The last one especially, this game would benefit greatly from some music. Unfortunatly, while I can make barebones gfx and sfx, I'm lost when it comes to music.

Feel free to c&c, I'll take it for what its worth. Just consider that this was done in one long marathon stretch with virtually no breaks or anything. Tongue

and now I am going to catch up on those z's Wink

Damnit the water blocked my path almost completely! There was only one space and it was above me, and moving fast. Should I avoid or land on the mines next time? O_O;;

hmm, someone else suggested this to me as well, I'll think about it. The problem is I have a tendency to spit these out and then not want to work on them for a long time.
