Blobworld Alert

Purpose:
To alert Blobworld fans of a new comic.

-Goes online to check if a new comic is available.

Requested features:
In the style of MSN messenger, I want this to:
- Sit in the systray
- check every 30 minutes or so for an update (currently 2 bytes)
- have the popup slide up and down when there IS an update
- play a sound to alert the user

If anyone can contribute, it would be greatly appreciated.
I can modify this program to work with any site.

I couldn't be bothered typing this again.
