FTP Questions.....
#1
I have a FTP given to me free from AOL. I'm not sure if alot are like this or not, but it only allows 1 file to be uploaded at a time. Does any1 now any tricks to work around this limit? I mean, how do I upload a folder from my comp and make it take its sub folders and make them online directories?

I asks this cause I wanted to play around with a phpBB2 forum, nothing popular, just some dynamic spot to update news fast, and put up projects. I mean with only 20Megs of give, I'm not sure it be good for a popurlar hang-out type thing, but ideal if 20 is enough for a dynamic new/project thing.... I'm repeating myself... anyway,.

I don't want to load these files here 1 by one, I started to, but seeing how many it is.... :o ... basicaly.. Any1 know clever tricks for mutiple file downloads?

You'll need a webhost with PHP support - I'm assuming AOL's free web space doesn't allow PHP.

I'll second FileZilla; it's really nice. * looks at full hard disk * On the other hand... Wink
