if you can garuntee that the data will be in 4 byte units, my encrypter can be made headerless... :wink: want me to? or am i already out of the running :lol: :roll:

well, me too (well, as much as a high school kid who's going into his sophomore year and has already finished his math credits can :-? )

i need to start learning how to put all that into something usefull, all its doing right now is take up room in my head :o

I'd like to see someone do a unbiased speed test of all entries on the same computer, how long it takes to do 20000 encrypt operations on a 200 byte string, and that value divided by 20000 to get avg speed of one 200 byte operation.

i believe my routine is faster than any of the others
