The 3DS format only was a bad idea in the first place, imho. That's why I don't make any more entries. Most inorganic style models keep crashing my 3DS exporter for some reason. :roll:

The only reason it was used is probably for a full 3D look. You can rotate it on X,Y and Z axes and stuff right? What other format can do that? :-)

It's the program that lets you rotate it, not the format.

Not that I don't trust entries,... But 3D art can be emulated with editors, and yeah, I include the work in the trophy when I can.... Being able to set up the angle I need myself is a plus....

Okay.... Since there is a 3DS issue, I'll list all the ones I can import besides OBJs for the next challenge.... No objs like I siad, its nice to have the texure on my end for costum trophies... So RR, if you win, I'll need the .wings file... :wink: ... Or I'll have to extract your pic from above,...

Also to note: When the 3D file is there, it allows the whole work to be able to display for those who want to see it, Its just like showing your source in the QB/FB challenges even if no1 wants to read the code.... Like with my 3D file, In picture form, you can't see the detial on the back, and the effects of the clear CD hatch are less noticable... Tongue
