Maxmize console window in windowed mode?

Is there a way from within FB code to set the console window to be maximized, regardless of what the user's screen resolution happens to be, while staying in windowed mode so as to retain the "minimize/maximize/close" buttons in the upper right corner? Going to full screen is easy, but what about just maximizing the console window?
