Is Freebasic really free?

Can I copy the Freebasic (Qbasic v1.1) and sell it with my program, without special permit?

Also, FreeBASIC is not QBASIC 1.1


But you can't sell either one.

Yes, the GPL allows everyone to do this. The right to sell copies is part of the definition of free software. Except in one special situation, there is no limit on what price you can charge. FreeBasic adopted methods from QuickBasic 7.1 PDS, so how can FB = QB1.1 ? :???:
