he just pressed the button "sticky" instad of normal it´s there (under the "notify me when a reply is posted" thingie when you make a topic nathan)

It was due to the messed up settings, you can't make stickies anymore unless you are a moderator or admin. And if you are, please let me know ;-)

Shogun... Then you must engage yourself and maybe know alot of web-programming servers and stuff or at least I think so...
