I was messing around in pixia and managed to produce some...odd...effects that i have been told look like they belong in the seventies (well, some of them do).











These ones are probably the best:

theyre cool, it reminds me of when i found the 'smudge' option in PSP

adobe photoshop cs2 9.0 all da way, it was dodge, smudge like option, burn, midtines, etc.

I didn't use PhotoShop but Pixia (Pixia is a powerful free graphics software with MOST of PhotoShops features.)
