Reboot
Fix keyboard
Get rid of spyware junk
Reinstall windows
Try different keyboard
Install Linux. (You don't even -need- ctrl-alt-del =D)

Other than that. No no one knows what goes on inside you computer. stop asking.

he gets what he asks for, really. You cant just say "ctrl-alt-del has broken" and expect people to be able to diagnose a problem. And besides, who said wt cant be, shall we say, "to the point" when he wants to be?

And now! I shall be a pony!

Heh I tempted putting a smile face but then I relized that it could pull it too far away from the whole point of... "We can't help you" =P

1. Boot in DOS mode and test it too

If it is only under Windows update your antivirus software (trojans, worms too)

If in DOS mode or with an Live CDRom it fails too take a look in your BIOS settings.

Or try an other keyboard ;-)

If you use FB with Windows try to enable the keys (when it works you have an virus
or any wrong Windows settings)

If it prints the press message click on any place from the desktop and try the keys.

Joshy

!!!Not tested i use Linux, it is from my german FBForum.de!!!
Code:
Declare Function SystemParametersInfo Lib "user32" _
  Alias "SystemParametersInfoA" (ByVal uAction As Long, _
  ByVal uParam As Long, lpvParam As Any, _
  ByVal fuWinIni As Long) As Long

Const SPI_SETSCREENSAVEACTIVE = 97

Sub DisableCAD()
  Dim x As Long
  Dim lngWas As Long
  x = SystemParametersInfo(SPI_SETSCREENSAVEACTIVE, 1, lngWas, 0)
End Sub

Sub EnableCAD()
  Dim x As Long
  Dim lngWas As Long
  x = SystemParametersInfo(SPI_SETSCREENSAVEACTIVE, 0, lngWas, 0)
End Sub

'try to enable [ctrl] + [alt] + [del] keys
EnableCAD
print "first deactivate this window here (click on any place from the desktop)"
Print "and then press [ctrl] + [alt] + [del]"
Sleep
End

Mr. Match, I ordered 5 discs of Ubuntu, I can give you one, since I don't have 5 computers.

Also, i think this should work:
Find the taskmanager icon in your windows file (may be system32) and right click it. Click in shortcut key, and press CTRL+ALT+DEL. It should set it to run it when you press it, I think..
