i tried your code, and it didnt seem to work

it did create an autofil file, but no output dir, or any new dirs' were created, and the files werent converted

You might have missed a post of mine which said that you had to create (make) the sub-directory "output" the first time. This sub-directory has to be a sub-directory of the directory that your program runs in. Try this and let me know.

BTW, I tested the program again, and it runs fine for me.
