It's just a compiler. But it dishes out standard comipler output, so you can use it with any generic IDE. There are also a few IDEs that specifically target it, such as FBIDE (http://fbide.sf.net) and Jellyfish Pro Editor (http://www.planetsquires.com/jellyfishpro_freebasic.htm).
