Really cool! Couple things:

Very slow i got a 2.8 GHz machine and it slowed down to crawl but i still managed a 948 high score

The OpenAL installer is annoying couldnt you have used somthing like FMod or sumthing

I know this is a newbish question but how do you view/edit/create .obj files?

This could actually model simulated DNA.. You get one change and it sends a shockwave through the rest of the DNA... It's possible to change all of the tubes from just one change..

I also find it interesting that the complexity of the matrix decreases from a random configuration (read: the tubes start to line up more after changing the tubes) and also that there is no rotational symmetry is also an important point..
