You can't. That's why PAINT sucks. It will paint until it finds a determined colour value, unlike the normal flood fill in graphic editors (like MS Paint), which paints until he finds a pixel that has a different colour from the original one.
You can find floodfill routines if you browse the ABC packets. Just click on the link on the top-right side of this page, where it reads "ABC".

Ok, I am not sure what the hell happened, but the same thing posted 3 times, anyway, whenever I try to click a link in the ABC place, it always goes to the same snippet, what's wrong?

somebody else had this problem too, it works for me though on firefox 1.07 XP SP2
