Windows Resources and QB IDE
#1
The QB ide uses 99% CPU resources when idle.

It seems PDS and VBDOS are more windows friendly, they use 0%CPU in idle state.
Why?

It uses 40% CPU for me ^^

I put the Idle sensitivity to high >.>

i assume could be a matter of the operating systems. i use windows98se and i use the System Monitor that only have one sensitivity level.
QB, PDS and VBDos when they are not running
my CPU it's less than IO% being used.
when i run a small Exe of the VisBasic with only one button then the CPU runs to IOO% only for being loaded the Exe with one form.
possibly could be my old computer that i bought it in I998.

i have thought in a trick that i have not made.

that trick would be to find a code to run the mouse that when it's loaded uses the CPU to less than IO%.
then to run the VisBasic program with a form.
to use the new mouse code to disable the mouse, then to reload the mouse with the new code.
this way i could obligate the CPU to run to less than IO%.

Define "IO%"

Or maybe I should say:
