I was looking around when i found
NotePad++
A cooler, more optimisable, more Programmer friendly version of NotePad. I have begun to use this instead of our own FBIDE for some reason i have yet to figure out...
Just thought i'd imform people of this (if they don't already know). It doesn't support FreeBASIC syntax but it does VB. It supports plug-ins so maybe one of us could make a FB plug-in.

i'm still looking for a MS Paint+ program
i mean, i do have photoshop and all. still...

Don't laugh too much, guys, but I'm still using Wordstar Professional 5.0 after 17 years. It does everything I want, except automatic indentation of code. Tried many other editors in DOS and UNIX, but stayed with old reliable Wordstar.

Consider that notepad.exe that comes with WinXP is fine in every single way. Now, assume the aforementioned statement is true. Proceed with your actions.
