I agree... best-built keyboard I've ever used. There are three of them in this room.
They are very sturdy and they have a decent amount of key travel and audible and tactile feedback, which helps me be able to actually press the keys lighter and type faster than on those rubber-bubble style keyboards. Plus, if I ever need to defend myself while in front of my computer, I can just bash the intruder with the keyboard... these things are heavy and bulit like a tank.

 I knew about this days ago,. but,. still,. cool stuff!
Actual reason I'm posting: I had a kb that looks like that IBM,. tho the caps lock went loney.. Think it was a spin-off or something.. lol..
My current kb is old, originaly came with this comp and the letters on the keys are fading off... what fun! ...

I use an IBM SK-8811, its very basic, but you can always tell if you've actually pressed the key or not, the response on the keys is excellent.
As for mouse i use the same Microsoft Intellimouse i've had for over 5 years, its one of the early models that was built to a good standard. Even has a ball!

The model M! I have one of those back at home. Man, what an awesome keyboard that was... and one of the reasons i bought my laptop... It's because the keyboard on the laptop was very much similiar to the model M (with the exception the home, del, pg up, pg dn, ins, pause, numpad, etc, but i don't mind where they are now.) I loved how those things felt when you typed with it. I preferred that over the new keyboard we got. Ah, good times...
I prefer a numpad. It's very nice when your typing in numbers, such as doing accounting.
