Megan Walks - a functional demo for yagl
#1

This is a small functional demo that shows how to use the scaled and ranged functions in yagl. You'll need the latest yaglfb to run it (the new dll version).

It worked fine, and I understood it fine so it is good... Big Grin It would have been useful for you to pack libyagl.dll with it though... Big Grin

Convenient, maybe...but then the user wouldn't have gone to marzec's page to download yagl properly. See my scheme? Big Grin

I see. Then why supply any .dll's at all.

P.s Will FreeBASIC ever have OO programming? Because i'm seeing more and more uses for it. Especially when it comes to A.I

AFAIK v1ctor said that the porting to the GCC backend needs to be done before OOP can be accomplished.

yeah, thats the thing, oop can be accomplished now in fb, you just have to figure out how to write it into the language Wink
and if v1c did that, he would still have the complete (even bigger) task of converting all THAT to work with the ABI or whatever its called.
so hes going to do the hard work of moving it to gcc to allow large scale things like oop to be implemented much quicker

edit: sorry for hijacking thread.. XD this could be split out if you think it should be
