A guy from work wanted me to check it out. I haven't tried it yey because it looks almost like a children's program. Has anyone around here tried it?

I have. It looked nice to do a couple of things, but it doesn't work correctly with my tablet so I scrapped it (at random, the cursor just jumps to the left-top corner as if you had done that with the pen pressed ot its maximum, thus ruining your whole picture).
I hate the interface. It's what I call "too, too much beautiful and too, too little functional". It takes a lot of space and it's a bummer. Why can't people stick to the normal windows controls inside rectangular windows that act in the way they are supposed to do?

there's a tablet version of it called InkArt that takes up less space/ fixes the corner bug. but yeah, Art Rage is great, i think i even posted about it here a while back
but like nathan said, it's fun to use but not exactly practical.
the mind is a beautiful thing, use it and make the world a more beautiful place.

Apparently it's trendy to make uber-b0rked custom controls, even if they do nothing more than just look cool. They're stupid, imo...

Gimme anything I can use my tablet with and it will be OK - I consider that it's the artist, not the tools
