Yes,. it is.. And I know its the problem I have now with slower than normal 56k.... And websites that don't load right.... :roll: .... I'm looking to finialy change ISPs tho,.. Tongue

Well, as I'm in sweden, and that server is somewhere in the US, it's not really surprising i "only" get 800kbit/s

Schools can block uploads as soon as they go above a certain speed. Page requests and simillar are just a few bytes long.

Omfg. Is that the entire school bandwidth? If it is, that's not a very good design.. one computer taking up all the bandwidth possibly. If not, that's just... insane.
