New qbasic mouse/box routines

It is a program that sees/draws the mouse, draws however many boxes you create, and checks them to see if they are pressed (and draws them accordingly if they are pressed or not). It could possibly be the beginning of a new GUI. But who knows, I might get bored of it quickly.

That file qb45.zip has been updated with a newer s_mouse.bas file (the program I made) and it looks better, runs better, and has a cooler cursor.
