Quote:Haha. Kinda amusing, but somethingawful usually pisses me off. Not because of their 'views', nah, I know that's just for controversy and cheap laughs, but because they keep doing it and acting serious about it. Yeah, we get it, it's good for some giggles but mostly it's just stupid.
The frontpages are no where near as great as the forum.
Also, for those that have seen attack of the show, here's the guy that wrote that article being interviewed on in:
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=...g+awful+g4
Granted, everything he says in the interview isn't true. Hopefully you will have caught that.

personally i enjoy some soad, not for the lyrics, im not sure they even qualify as such. nah, i like them for their randomness, sometimes its the only thing im in the mood for. though id say im pretty far from considering myself a fan, just like some of their stuff.

Me too.
Personally... I think Something awful sucks. They think they know best about everything and are prepared to ram it down anyone and everyone's throats.
b3ta is better.

Oh my god, at last I find someone who knows b3ta
That's the most awesome thing I've read on the internet.
Do you know the works of Rob Manuel, one of the best collaborators? He's the most funny person in the world. Have to see his animations, head to:
http://www.b3ta.co.uk/
Watch "Hey, hey, 16K", a song/animation dedicated to the good old 8 bits computers, specially my beloved Sinclair ZX Spectrum
, also check "Chill out" (and any song by Youth of Britain, the band featured in the video), "Tramp'o'Claus" and "I like Bukkake".
Then scroll down and watch
I am a mong and this is my song. Freakin' hilarious.
Well, at least if you are not ashamed of rude language and shameless images

Hell yeah!
"Hey, Hey, 16k" rocks. And all those kitten flashes are wierd.. but hilarious at the same time o.o
B3ta is definately not for the faint of heart, as you said nathan! They have quite a talent at being offensive.
